Water is quite important, we all know that because we consume it, use it to wash, use it for cooking and use it for cleaning. Did you know that up to 60% of the human adult body is made up of water? Well, according to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%. Ok enough of the stats, water has numerous benefits to our body system if we drink it every morning, here are some of these benefits:

Clear complexion: Drinking water every morning gives you a clear complexion and a more radiant skin. So if you are not buoyant enough to afford beauty and skincare products, drink water for the same results. And if you can afford beauty and skincare products, still drink water anyways for better results. Either way, you are not loosing out on the numerous benefits water affords you.

Increased red blood cells: Drinking water every morning on an empty stomach makes you hungry because it clears all the waste from your body which makes you feel hungry. But that’s not the only thing it does, it also makes you active by increasing your red blood cells.

Weight loss: It’s a no brainer that drinking water in the morning helps you stay healthy and lose weight including that belly fat.  Drink a glass or two of warm water.

Drink one or two glasses or 75cl bottle of water after waking up to stimulate your internal organs.
