The substitute Eder might now sound like a household name in Europe after he scored the vital goal against France that led Portugal to be champions of Euro 2016.

Eder who failed to score in 15 appearances for Swansea City last season took a crucial step when he cracked a powerful precise shot. His goal which came at the 109th minute amidst exhaustion on both sides can be described as epic and classic.

Congratulations Portugal.
